TRASH
Trash is picked-up on Tuesday and Friday. If you live on the South side of Broad St/State Rt. 146 your trash will be picked up on Tuesday. If you reside on the North side of Broad St/State Rt. 146 your trash will be picked up on Friday. The City of Jonesboro requires trash to be placed in a trash can and put curbside the night before to ensure proper pick-up .
The City of Jonesboro has 3 BIG TRASH pick ups a year.

*Friday customers will have big trash items picked up on Thursday.
The following items will NOT be picked up:
Refrigerators, Freezers/Other major appliances, Air Conditioners/Furnace units, Hot Water Heaters, Tires, Batteries, Liquid Waste (paint, paint thinner, gasoline, oil, etc.) Yard Waste (grass, leaves, limbs, etc.)
Construction Debris
Fluorescent light bulbs
No Hazardous waste
Electronic Waste
All items must be at the curb for pick up.
All loose items must be bundled, bagged or in a container.
Will not pick up any item 40 lbs.
